Room Hire at New Life Family Church

New Life Family Church (NLFC) is conveniently located close to the heart of Margate, not far from the top of the High Street. It used to be the old St John’s Boys school. In 2003 NLFC moved to the venue and significant refurbishment works have been undertaken over a number of years.

In 2010 the main venue hall & ground floor underwent a major extension and refurbishment and as a result of this NLFC is now able to offer a large modern air-conditioned facility for hire. The extension won an award from ”The Margate Civic Society“ for its sensitive design and enhancement of the area.

This multi-functional hall is available to be used for a host of various options from exhibition showcases, presentations, workshops, and team-building activities to NHS board meetings. It has a large seating capacity and can comfortably accommodate 200 people when set up theatre style.

The venue also has a number of additional rooms for the community to hire during the week. The ground floor boasts modern toilet facilities as well as additional disabled facilities.

On-site parking facilities are available with room hires and there is a nearby multi-storey car park (providing for overflow). The venue is on the local bus route with the bus stop conveniently situated.

There has been plenty of positive praise from a range of people who use our building.

NLFC has a number of rooms available for hire during the week (subject to existing church commitments).

Weekend and evening bookings are possible, but please note that availability may be low due to church commitments. These “out of hours” bookings are subject to a surcharge.
